Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Premier Santa Rosa Sunrooms & Patios - whether through this website, by phone, by email, or in person - are non-binding until a written contract is signed by both parties. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment. Final pricing may change if conditions discovered during construction differ materially from those assessed during the estimate visit.

Any scope changes requested by the customer after a contract is signed will be documented in a written change order that includes the updated cost and any timeline adjustments. No scope change is effective until the change order is signed by the customer.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Project start dates are scheduled based on permit approval timelines, material availability, and crew schedules. We will provide a projected start date at the time of contract signing and update you if that date changes.

If you need to postpone or cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible in writing. Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees for work already completed or materials already ordered, will be outlined in your written contract. Deposits paid for materials that have been ordered may not be refundable if cancellation occurs after materials are purchased.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in your written contract and may include a deposit at signing, one or more progress payments during construction, and a final payment upon project completion. All payment amounts, schedules, and accepted payment methods will be specified in your contract.

Final payment is due upon completion of the project and before the final walk- through is considered closed. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in your contract. Premier Santa Rosa Sunrooms & Patios reserves the right to suspend work on a project where payments are overdue.

Permits and Regulatory Compliance

Premier Santa Rosa Sunrooms & Patios is responsible for obtaining required building permits for work performed under a signed contract, unless otherwise specified in writing. Permit fees are typically included in the project estimate. The customer is responsible for any homeowners association (HOA) approvals required prior to permit submission. Delays caused by HOA approval timelines are not the responsibility of Premier Santa Rosa Sunrooms & Patios.

Warranty Disclaimers

Premier Santa Rosa Sunrooms & Patios warrants its workmanship against defects for the period specified in your written contract. Manufacturer warranties for materials and products installed are passed through to the customer and subject to those manufacturers' own terms and conditions.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, modifications made by others after project completion, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. The website and all information on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
